We roast our beans in small batches daily and source our spices directly from sustainable farms. Every order is packed in airtight, UV-protected bags to ensure peak flavor upon arrival.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all domestic orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kaldi ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more coffee lovers globally in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are your products organic or fair trade?
We prioritize ethical sourcing. Over 80% of our catalog is certified organic, and 100% of our coffee beans are sourced through Fair Trade partnerships to ensure farmers receive a living wage.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive for fast fulfillment, orders are usually processed within 2 hours. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes; once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
