At Kaldi, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high quality standards, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items and replacements for damaged goods within 30 days.
Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return request.
- 2.Review Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm if the items meet our safety and hygiene return criteria.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original containers and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the products back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
